How do I contact a dive center for a booking?
If you would like to get more information, you can contact the dive center on Scubago in 2 ways:
For specific questions about a listed dive package/course, you may click on the red "Book" button on the product, then enter your question in the message box on the booking page:
Clicking on "book now" does not require you to commit to this dive activity.
This simply means that you are inquiring about the availability of this dive product, and confirming if the dive operator can accommodate your request (and any relevant question you include in the message).
If you have a general question that is not specific to any dive product, you may click on "ASK A QUESTION" button on the dive operator's Scubago page. The question will be sent directly to the operator.
Keep in mind that there can be a delay in reply due to time zone differences.
Sharing direct contact information such as phone number, email address, social media handles, etc. is prohibited before confirming your booking with a deposit payment. You may share these details with the dive operator once the booking is confirmed.
The dive center is not responding, what should I do?
If you do not manage to get hold of the dive center, here are a few suggestions for you:
- Bear in mind that the dive center/resort can be in a different time zone than yours.
- Give the dive center/resort a little time to answer.
- Send a message to the dive center/resort on Scubago
If a dive center has not responded, you can either look for another dive center in the area (you can message as many dive centers as you would like) or contact our customer support to get some assistance.
Can I send multiple booking requests?
Of course, you are welcome to send booking requests to different dive centers without any obligation. However, unless you are planning different courses/trips, we do not recommend sending multiple booking requests to a single dive center, which may cause confusion.
