It is important to have an attractive and updated profile on Scubago in order to maximize the sales potential. Here are some tips and tricks.
Add creative descriptions and highlights
For your Locations and Products, you have the possibility to add descriptions and highlights. Use this to the full potential to get customers interested in your dive center and your dive products.
Add relevant and eye-catching photos to your Locations and Products
Customers want to visualize their experience and would like to see what they can expect. Upload high-quality photos via the Partner Center that are relevant to your products. For instance, on your Location, upload photos related to your dive center, your boats or vehicles, your classrooms, or swimming pool.
For your dive trips, upload photos related to the marine life that can be seen or the logistics for that trip, for instance, a boat or bus. For your dive courses, upload photos of an actual class, the classroom, or a training dive.
Share your offered services
Both your Locations and Products have many checkboxes that you use to show what is available or included. This way the customer knows what is part of his package. The better the customer is informed, the better the chances are of a successful booking.
Add more products
The more Products (dive trips and dive courses) you add, the more your Products will appear to the customers. Don't only add the most popular dive courses, but try to distinguish yourself by also adding specialty courses, technical courses, and freediving courses. The same goes for your dive trips. Try to add a large variety of dive trips for your customers to choose from.
Set up a flexible schedule
In the Scubago Partner Center, you must set availability for all your dive products. For instance, you can set in which season (date range) your dive product is availability, and/or on which weekdays. If you're not bound by any restrictions, set your dive products to always be available. This way, they will always appear on Scubago, on each day. Although your dive products now always show available, it doesn't necessarily mean that you must accept all booking requests. For instance, if a booking for an Open Water course comes in for next Monday, but you have already a class scheduled for Tuesday, you can try to reschedule this customer to your Tuesday class. This way, you don't lose your booking.
