I am dissatisfied with the activity/trip
We highly encourage you to express your concerns directly with the organizer of the activity while on site. A direct conversation is always more effective in resolving the issue than filing a complaint after you have already completed and left the trip.
Scubago may help in facilitating the resolution of disputes, however, since Scubago only acts as the agent, we are not responsible for the quality of service provided by the dive centers/operators.
If you have tried to fix the issue on-site but it remained unresolved, please let us know what happened by contacting us. Please remember to include your booking number as a reference.
We will do our best to channel complaints made after the activity into a constructive feedback for the dive centers to improve their service.
