You may cancel your booking at any time, you can check the cancellation policies here.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your unconfirmed booking, login to your account and select my bookings.
Select the booking request that you would like to cancel and click on "cancel booking."
Once the booking is canceled, you will receive an email notification, if you did not receive it, check your spam folder first, if you still did not receive it you can contact us.
If I need to cancel my booking, will there be a penalty?
Before canceling your booking, please make sure you check the cancellation policies.
If you have a doubt about which policy applies to your booking, do not hesitate to contact us. Make sure you specify your booking reference when contacting customer support.
How do I know that my booking has been canceled?
After you cancel a booking with us, you should get an email confirming the cancellation. Make sure to check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, contact the Dive Center / Dive resort to confirm they got your cancellation.
