If a customer asks to modify an existing booking request that has not yet been confirmed, you may do so inside the Bookings section of your Partner Center. Please note that a booking that has been confirmed with payment can not be adjusted.
Some of the changes you can make include:
- changing the date of the activity
- changing the number of guests in the group
- changing the dive product (for example, from a 2 dive package to 4 dive package)
- changing the price
To change the booking request, open the booking and clicking on "edit":
Editing a booking
In the edit popup, you can now select another dive product from your Location, and amend the date, price, duration (in days), number of divers, and description.
For a more customized program, you can simply select a dive product but change the other fields to match the customized program.
Once you're done, click "save and submit to customer".
The status of this booking will be changed to "modified."
The customer will receive an email with the update and they will be able to confirm the modified booking. request.
