If customers are not yet ready to submit a booking request for one of your dive products, they can also choose to submit a "booking inquiry" using the "ask a question" buttons on your Location pages.
There are two ways a customer can send an inquiry:
- From the Location page of your dive center
- From a particular dive product page. In this case, the inquiry in the list of bookings will show the title of the dive product the customer was browsing (see example below).
Dealing with inquiries
Inquiries are shown in the "bookings" tab as "inquiries".
When you click on the inquiry, you are able to view the message in the left side of the window:
