Via the Scubago Partner Center, you can manage your bookings via the "bookings" tab. You can open a booking request by clicking on the small pencil icon behind each booking. That will open the booking request details:
Via the "decline" button, you can decline the booking request. The customer will be informed via email that his booking request is declined.
Consequences of declining a booking
We understand that even though your schedule on Scubago might show availability, it doesn't always mean you are able to conduct a trip or course. There are no costs associated with declining a booking request. We encourage you to try to rearrange a request if possible. The performance and booking success of dive centers on Scubago is frequently being analyzed. If over time, there is an unusual number of rejected bookings, your Account Manager will contact you to see how we can improve the success of your account on Scubago.
