Once a dive center confirms a booking, the customer will be asked to pay the deposit via a secured payment link. Once the payment is received by Scubago, both the customer and the dive center will receive a confirmation email.
In the unlikely event the dive center would need to cancel a confirmed, paid, booking, he can do so by navigating to the booking via the Scubago Partner Center. Via the "cancel" button, the booking can be canceled.
Keep in mind that this will trigger a refund of the deposit to the customer, and you will lose this booking completely.
