In the section of your Partner Center “Booking,” you will be able to see all customer booking inquiries and requests.
Booking categories and definitions:
Inquiry |
This is not a booking. Guests can click on “Ask a Question” on your Scubago page and these questions will appear as Inquiry in your Partner Center. |
Requested |
Customer has submitted a booking request. |
Withdrawn |
This means the guest has canceled the booking request. No payment has been collected. |
Declined |
This can mean: 1. You declined the booking request 2. The booking was automatically canceled because you did not “accept,” “edit,” or “decline” within 96 hours of the last customer contact 3. The booking was automatically canceled because the customer did not confirm the booking within 96 hours of the last activity |
Modified |
If you have edited any part of the customers’ initial booking request (price, number of pax, date, etc.), the booking will appear as Modified. The guest can either confirm (with payment) or not. |
Accepted |
You have accepted the booking request in its full terms (date, price, number of pax, etc.). From here, the guest can either confirm (with payment) or not. |
Confirmed |
The guest has paid a deposit for the booking, and it is confirmed. Please be sure to add this dive trip/course to your calendar! |
Completed |
The booked activity has been completed |
Cancelled by you |
You cancelled the confirmed booking activity |
Cancelled by user |
The guest has cancelled the confirmed activity |
